Prices & payment

All our prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable.

Birdie Golfwear does NOT pay your customs fees if you live outside of Europe.

You can pay with Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or with your PayPal account. You make your selection at checkout.

Complaint

We stand for our products and always want a customer to feel satisfied with his goods from Birdie Golfwear.
If you suspect you have received an incorrect or damaged item, send an email to info@birdie-golfwear.com
Enter "Complaint + Your order number" and give us a brief description of what's wrong with the item. Please send a picture of the item you have complaint about.

Shipping and delivery

Sweden
Delivery time: 3-5 business days
Shipping with PostNord or DHL. Your package will be delivered to your mailbox or to a DHL Service Point, depending on the size of the package and where in Sweden you live.

Europe
Delivery time: 3-15 business days
Shipping with PostNord (postal service) or DHL. Your package will be delivered to your mailbox or to a Service Point, depending on where you live and how mail packages from abroad is handled in your country.

Rest of the world
Delivery time: 5-15 business days
Shipping with PostNord (postal service). Your package will be delivered to your mailbox or to a Service Point, depending on where you live and how mail packages from abroad is handled in your country.

 

Return policy

All private consumers have the right to return and the order within 14 days from the date the order was placed. The right applies only in the case that Birdie Golfwear is notified within this period, and in the case the product and it’s original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.

To exercise your right and receive the necessary information you must contact the Birdie Golfwear customer service. Specify your request and make sure to provide your order number. Send an email to info@birdie-golfwear.com

Return shipping is paid by the consumer. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us. For this reason we recommend that you send the package with a tracking option. For reimbursement we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Sweden Golfwear AB reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the conditions are not met.

Here's how to return a product:
- Pack the product in a shipping package. Pack and seal carefully so that the product is not damaged in the shipping proccess (please, if possible send the item in the package you received it in)
- Add the delivery slip you received with your order
- Send the item with a shipping courier by your choosing (you as a customer pay for the shipping cost of a return) to the following address:

Be sure to save the shipping number you receive from your courier, so you that can track the package and confirm that you have sent it to us.
- Once we receive an item back we will process the refund as soon as possible, usually within a couple of days.

If you have chosen to pay via Klarna (Sweden only) and the invoice is about to expire soon, we recommend that you contact Klarna on +468 120 120 10 or log on to Klarna's website.
